In March 2026, the community of Guxhagen unanimously approved an investment program for the period 2025–2029. A central element is the comprehensive renovation of the Town Hall and Fire Department. For this, electrical and HVAC work has been awarded to two companies: Elektro Schneider with a contract of 576,939.04 € gross and HM Haustechnik Melsungen with a contract of 580,918.85 € gross.
